DOVER, N.H., June 18, 2020—Leddy Group, a privately owned, regional staffing company serving New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, and northern Massachusetts since 1994, announced today that Susannah Chance was promoted to Senior Vice President of Human Resources in May of 2020.
Since joining Leddy Group in 1996, Chance’s responsibilities have expanded in parallel with the company’s continued growth. She began her career as a Resource Specialist and was promoted to Regional Vice President of Human Resources in 2000. In her current role as Senior Vice President, she is responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s internal recruiting team and overseeing benefits, compliance, safety, worker’s compensation, employee relations, talent development, and recruiting. In addition, she is a highly respected member of the organization’s senior leadership team.

Chance graduated from Iowa State University with her BBA and MBA. She serves on boards and committees for several area organizations including New Hampshire Business & Industry Association’s Human Resources Committee, NH Workers’ Compensation Classification and Rating Appeals Board, Workers’ Compensation Appeals Advisory Board, and the Gilmanton Iron Works Library Association.
