OSHA 300A Summary Requirement

OSHA 300A Summary Requirement

OSHA requires employers with more than 10 employees to keep a record of serious work-related injuries and illnesses.

The deadline to post your OSHA 300A summary from injuries and illnesses that occurred in 2020 is February 1st. This summary must be posted for your employees to see until April 30th and kept on file for at least 5 years. Some companies are also required to submit this data electronically to OSHA by March 2nd. For more information visit: https://lnkd.in/ecT6etM

As your staffing partner, each year we will send you the data needed for your OSHA 300A regarding injuries or illnesses that involved our Field Employees. Any injuries or illnesses that occur at your worksite, including those involving temporary workers, must be reported on your OSHA logs.
