We are delighted to announce that Staffing Coordinator Andrea Smart has earned the Shining Star Award! This award was created to recognize annually the team or individual that exemplifies “living” the mission statement and core values in all daily activities.

Andrea has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the whole staffing team. Since joining Leddy Group nearly eight years ago, she has always had the company’s best interest in mind. This year, she took on a new role of completing onboarding and orientations for interim and interim-to-direct placements for the entire division. Since then, the team’s productivity has increased and the overall candidate experience has been enhanced tremendously.

With her excellent attention to detail, flexibility, and strong work ethic, Andrea is always willing to take care of many day-to-day tasks that help clear the path for all her colleagues to change the world of work. We are very fortunate to have her on our team! Congratulations, Andrea!
