Becky started with us in 2008 as a part-time WOU (Work Opportunities Unlimited) Recruiter, then joined Leddy Group on a part-time basis in March 2010 as a Resource Specialist. She served in a dual role until December 2011 when she transitioned to full-time with Leddy Group and worked as Staffing Manager, covering the Dover and Portland, ME markets. She now serves as Regional Director of the NH Seacoast market. Pre-LG, Becky worked in office management and spent 10 years at Paychex. 

Interesting fact: I have a vacation home in Isabela, Puerto Rico, and I spend as much time there as possible especially during the winter months when New Hampshire gets a little too cold.

I’m a proud mother of two amazing men. One plays professional baseball and the other plays college ball, so if I’m not at work or in Puerto Rico, you’ll almost always find me at a baseball field cheering them on or watching a live game app on my phone if I can’t be there in person. 

Favorite indulgence, pastime, hobby: I love spur‑of‑the‑moment fun, so last‑minute invites to dinner, a trip, or a random adventure are always welcome. I enjoy trying new hobbies, and my current passions include weightlifting, taking golf lessons, and preparing to learn Spanish. I’m a big believer in bucket lists and love finding new things to add to mine.
