Jessica started with us in 2005 as the Recruiting Manager for the Work Opportunities Recruiting team. After helping us hire MANY of our internal hires, Jessica transferred to Leddy Group in 2014 working in our general staffing offices then officially started our Leddy HR Staffing Division (previously known as Spectrum Consulting) in 2015. Pre-LG, Jessica worked for 10 years in HR, Recruiting & HR Management at Shaw’s Supermarkets. Jessica is an alum of Notre Dame College in Manchester, NH (BA in Elementary/Special Education). Jessica currently sits on the boards of the Manchester Area HR Association (MAHRA) and the HR State Council of NH. 

Interesting fact: I am a marathon & ½ marathon runner and enjoy running races in the community. (Something Jessica will not share is that her internal nickname is J-la!) 

Favorite indulgence, pastime, hobby: I love to travel and spend time with my family.
