Katy joined the Seacoast market in 2022 and was promoted to Senior Staffing Manager in 2026.  Prior to Leddy Group, Katy spent almost a decade as an assistant coach of women’s basketball for Carnegie Mellon, SNHU, and UNH. She earned a B.A. in Human Services & Rehabilitation Studies from Assumption College and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from SNHU.

Interesting fact: I played and coached college basketball and absolutely love playing and watching hoops.

Favorite pastime: I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, backpacking, and canoeing. I also love trying local seacoast restaurants and eating pineapple on my pizza. I will never pass by a nice antique shop or flea market!
