Montana joined our team as an intern in a Junior Staffing Coordinator role during her winter 2020 college break. She returned to our team during the summer of 2020, and when she returned to school, worked remotely during her final semester. She officially joined Leddy Group’s Industrial & Skilled Manufacturing division as a Team Support Specialist after earning her bachelor’s degree from Franklin Pierce. She was promoted to Staffing Manager in 2022.

Interesting fact: Although I am named after the state, I have never been to Montana. My Dad used to live there. Some of my family live there currently. Montana is #1 on my travel list! 

Favorite indulgence, pastime, hobby: I love spending time with my friends and family whenever I get the chance. We love to play games, do escape rooms and just be together. I also love traveling, especially for vacations. In my free time when I am not with family or friends, I love binge-watching Criminal Minds, Grey’s Anatomy, and anything involving Crime!!!  

Why Leddy? Leddy Group chose me. They gave me a chance and believed in me while I was finishing my degree in college. I chose Leddy Group because I love seeing everything come together for a candidate and client. It feels great to impact someone’s life by finding them a job. I also love the people I work with. I felt welcomed and part of the team since my first day on the job!
