Work Opportunities Unlimited (WOU) announces the hire of Rachel Sanborn, effective February 2022, as Payroll Manager. In her new role, Rachel will be responsible for processing payroll for all employees of WOU and its sister company Leddy Group.

Rachel has been providing human resources support to WOU and Leddy Group on an “on-call basis” since 2020 while working in the nonprofit sector simultaneously for the past five years in community engagement roles. “I look forward to joining a mission-driven company that impacts the lives of others through employment.” 

Rachel graduated from Saint Michael’s College, VT, with a major in Sociology and a minor in Economics. She currently resides near Columbia, MD, and enjoys running, hiking, walking her dog, reading, and cooking in her spare time.
