About Barbara: 

Barbara brings over 25 years of experience impacting the executive infrastructure of business and industry. An internationally known business strategist, trainer and public speaker, she has helped hundreds of companies and thousands of executives globally.

After several years in the staffing industry as a Vice President and General Manager for both national & privately held firms, she launched Preferred Resource Group in 1991, providing customized training and consulting and expanded into retained search in 1998.  In 2006 she rebranded as C-suite Corp with offices in Andover, MA and New York City.  

Barbara received her B.A. from Colby College and completed her master’s studies in Business Management from Lesley University. Her board positions include the Board of Trustees for Austin Preparatory School, a private, independent school serving students in grades 6-12 and the Board Chair for One Family Scholars, a comprehensive college scholarship program that breaks the cycle of poverty and family homelessness for low-income single parents. She also serves as Co-chair for the New Hampshire Tech Alliance’s Workforce Development Committee and is a member of the Private Director’s Association.
