Production Supervisor, Plastics – 2nd Shift
Our client is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead their 2nd shift team. This is a full-time, direct-hire role with great benefits!
Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor, Plastics – 2nd Shift

• Supervise all activities to maximize productivity, reliability, quality, and accuracy
• Help hire, train, and motivate team members
• Monitor and report on daily production results, material usage, scrap, and downtime
• Start up and shut down machines as required  
• Foster a safe work environment

Qualifications of the Production Supervisor, Plastics – 2nd Shift

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of experience and education
• A minimum of 2 years supervisory skills in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of production practices and procedures
• Well-organized and able to meet deadlines amidst constantly changing priorities
• Basic computer skills including MS Office
• Familiar with hand and power tools
