Sales Account Manager – Plastics
Our client needs a team player with experience in the plastics industry for their Sales Account Manager role. You’ll focus on developing relationships with new and existing customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while overseeing sales.
Responsibilities of the Sales Account Manager – Plastics

• Strengthen and expand new and existing business relationships
• Convey customer information to internal teams and actively participate in the development of quotations and program proposals
• Deliver proposal and gain customer commitment
• Work collaboratively to ensure all customer requirements are met
• Resolve customer issues and identify product issues
• Generate reports
• Perform additional tasks and projects as required

Qualifications of the Sales Account Manager – Plastics

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of related experience
• Plastics and Engineering expertise with detailed knowledge of injection molding processes, tool building, and/or customers
• Proven history of successful sales in Plastics Manufacturing or related field
• Strong communication, leadership, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting or exceeding established profitability, scheduling, and quality targets
• High attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office applications
