Over the year, Andrea has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the whole organization. She is always willing to be extremely flexible and step away from her primary role to assist where needed for the greater good of the company. Andrea has jumped in to help the Leddy Group staffing division on multiple occasions throughout her tenure with the company, most recently in our Lebanon and Rutland markets. Every time she assists the team, she does so seamlessly and with an immediate positive impact.

Andrea’s ability to anticipate needs and proactively recruit talent has helped the team secure multiple, successful placements, resulting in happy clients and candidates!
